Dupla was launched as a start-up. Our team is made up of experienced professionals in the field of artificial intelligence and software development. We have helped thousands of businesses and professionals save up to 80% of their time and energy by automating the creation of different types of content such as articles, blog posts, images, ads, product descriptions, and more.

Your role

This role is for an ambitious and technically acumen software engineer ⚔:

• You will have full ownership of the back-end, front-end, and DevOps;

  You'll have ownership of your work from start to finish, from working on architecture and coding features to monitoring release performance;

• You will receive fast feedback from our users and iterate quickly (our goal is to update the back-end and front-end several times a week);

• You will work with a small and multicultural team made up of friendly and highly committed people.

Requisitos 🧰

• Do you consider yourself a "web full stack" software engineer 🤳 ;

• You have experience in Python and you are in love with this language;

• You have experience in Front-End development with JavaScript;

• You know how to think in terms of UX and have great empathy for end users;

• You favor fast iteration over perfect, always using frameworks and libraries to avoid reinventing the wheel;

• You take the initiative and are comfortable making final product and technical decisions;

• You have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility;

• You are relentless when it comes to prioritizing;

• Complete software development projects 100% (not 99%);

• You are obsessed with finding the right shortcuts;

Selection process

​

1. 20 minute interview with the CEO of Dupla;

2. 45 minute interview with the Technical mentor and the CEO;

3. Short technical test mission of maximum 3 days (fully paid), followed by a review with the team.​
